  • 1. Who is the Controller of app.keyinsights.io?

    Conversio ApS (VAT: 12345689 — owner of app.keyinsights.io) is pointed to as the Controller of app.keyinsights.io. We’re located in Åbyhøj, Denmark and you can find us at Søren Frichs Vej 36M, 2.   • 2. Data we’re processing, why we’re processing it and our legal obligation of how we’re processing personal data

    Personal data:
    We’re storing basic, personal data such as name, customer number or other identifier dedicated to each user. For contact matters, we’re storing information about the user’s email address and phone number. The primary purpose of storing this information is our desire to deliver the best possible product and service to our users and to ensure our obligation of fulfilling the contract between app.keyinsights.io and the user. Other than that it could be for the purpose of invoicing, purchasing services/products necessary to fulfil the contract and marketing to the user.
  • 3. Accessing, processing and saving data

    App.keyinsights.io access data from Google by using the OAuth process. When the user is using app.keyinsights.io, which is a Google Sheet add-on, the extracted data is only saved and stored in the authorised Google Sheet, which is owned and controlled by the user.
    App.keyinsights.io stores the generated OAuth token in our secured database. The token will remain there until the user revokes the granted access.

    App.keyinsights.io does not share any information granted by the user of our application. Neither do we store any other data than the OAuth token and the basic information mentioned above, which is necessary for app.keyinsights.io to work properly and function in the way, which is intended and expected. The basic personal data is stored for app.keyinsights.io to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations to the user after purchasing app.keyinsights.io.
  • 4. Protecting your data

    It is only employees with the instructed responsibility of processing customer data, who has access to it from our side. We’re logging activity from our internal use as well as each employee has a dedicated username and password. We’re using advanced security protocols to protect the data through all stages of processing it.

    As long as we have an obligation towards the customer, we will be storing necessary data for the purpose - with a maximum of 10 years. If the user requests a deletion of data, we’re required to do so within 48 hours.
  • 5. Your rights

    If requested by you, the user, we will give access to all data stored concerning your account. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to complain to the Danish data legislation. You can do that here:

  • 6. Changes to our Privacy Policy

    If we were to make changes to our Privacy Policy, you are able to see the date of change on the top of this page. If the changes are substantial and requires you to take action of our changes, we will let you know by email.
